About Elvesus Restaurant & Bar
Elvesus does not publish its menu on its website. The restaurant uses Favrit QR menus that have to be scanned on site, so the prices are not openly available. We had prices noted from July 2026, but we could not confirm them again now — and in that case we do not publish them.
What we can confirm: Elvesus sits on the riverbank in Førde and also runs the adjoining room Veslesus across the hall, where they show the Premier League, Champions League and Europa League. The company has 47 employees registered and raised its share capital to 1.32 million kroner in July 2026.
One detail says something about the place: several of Førde's head chefs came through here. The chef who opened Godt Bresert in January 2026 came from Elvesus, and so did at least one other member of staff who followed.
