About Bento Yume Sushi
Bento Yume moved into premises that had stood empty for a year. The sushi place Krut closed in 2022, and when Firda covered the story in March 2023 Bento Yume was moving into those same units at Elvetorget. The branch opened in April that year.
For a town the size of Førde the menu is unusually large — over a hundred individual items in the ordering system, from simple nigiri to a 78-piece family set at 1,459 kroner. Sample prices from the same menu: a 20-piece Tokyo set 329 kroner, miso soup 59, chicken gyoza 139, edamame 59.
The restaurant is part of a small local network: the same company also runs a branch in Stryn, and a sister company is registered in Florø. One small thing to be aware of — the ordering page and bentoyume.no give weekday opening times that differ by fifteen minutes (11:15 versus 11:00).
